1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on phcach, accessing the phcach platform, or placing any wager or bet through phcach's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by phcach, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, bingo, sports betting, and any promotional or bonus offers. Your continued use of phcach following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of phcach is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You are accessing phcach from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited.

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phcach or by any regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a phcach account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Account Registration

To access phcach's gaming services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phcach account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. phcach is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcach login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your phcach account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify phcach support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

phcach accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion or game.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

phcach is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your registered address.

phcach reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict gameplay pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits

phcach accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank.

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed on the phcach deposit page at the time of transaction. phcach does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your phcach account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. phcach targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider.

• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount as displayed on the phcach withdrawal page.
• phcach may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• phcach reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

phcach offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus conditions apply across all phcach promotions:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phcach reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse phcach's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phcach are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phcach's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• phcach is not liable for any loss arising from technical failures, disconnections, or interruptions during gameplay, provided that the game outcome has been correctly recorded on the server.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• phcach reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcach platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phcach games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with phcach's software, servers, or security systems.
• Using phcach for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing phcach from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your phcach account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phcach platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of phcach or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phcach platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phcach content without prior written authorisation from phcach.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

phcach collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phcach.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phcach implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. phcach does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC verification providers as required by law or necessary for the provision of phcach's services.

12. Responsible Gaming

phcach is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. phcach provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so at any time by accessing the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting phcach support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phcach strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access its gaming services. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phcach's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the phcach platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcach account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the phcach platform, even if phcach has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Suspension & Termination

phcach reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account suspension or closure.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination for cause, phcach reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. Balances determined to be legitimately earned will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players may close their phcach account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15. Disputes & Governing Law

15.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must contact phcach support in the first instance. phcach will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute; claims raised after this period may not be considered.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through phcach's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.3 Regulatory Oversight

phcach operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who remain dissatisfied following phcach's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.

16. Amendments to These Terms

phcach reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phcach will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or platform notification. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, together with the effective date, is always available on this page. Your continued use of phcach following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using phcach and may request account closure.
